New Contract and Ratification Vote

Dear Members,

The UAW Local 4123 bargaining team has reached a tentative agreement with California State University on a 2-year successor contract. Highlights of the agreement include:

Improved annual wage increases for all members of the bargaining unit, retroactive to July 1, 2016
Improved workload protections to ensure pay for all hours worked
Paid hours and no fees for pedagogy classes
Improved gender equity issues relating to all gender bathrooms and lactation station

There will be a representative from the bargaining team to explain the improvements made in the current contract. Members will then vote to ratify the contract.
