Feedback Wanted: Student Workers with Access Needs

Your input could help with a lawsuit against CSU regarding access to safety accommodations.

Our union is working with a law firm that is currently pursuing a class action lawsuit against CSU regarding access needs in campus emergency preparedness plans. If you are interested in being a plaintiff or a witness in this lawsuit, or you would like more information, you can let us know in the Access Needs Feedback Form.

Having safe and healthy working conditions means that Academic Student Workers with disabilities have access to accommodations. If you have access needs - whether or not you've pursued any action - and would like to share your experiences at a CSU campus, please click the button below to complete our feedback form. All responses will remain confidential and will only be shared with CSU management if you explicitly agree to that. The feedback will be used to inform our union’s work on this topic.

If you have questions about access needs or other issues related to your position as a CSU Student Worker, email union@uaw4123.org and a fellow Student Worker will reach out to you.
